Who We Are
MVSM is a ministry of Mountain View Church. We are a gathering of caring adults, students grades 6-12, and parents who long to see Jesus Christ glorified and honored in our valley. We meet the first full week of the month as a large group (HS on Monday, MS on Wednesday) and throughout the month as small groups.
Student Gatherings
Student Gatherings provide students with a regular opportunity to interact with caring adults, participate in age-appropriate activities, spend time in worship, hear a message that applies to their lives, and regularly hear the gospel.
All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.
– Acts 2:42
High School students meet on Monday of the first full week every month. Middle School students meet the first Wednesday. Meetings take place from 7:00 – 8:30 PM, in the Challenger Point Room at MVC.
Our Student Gatherings are opportunities for every small group (students and leaders) to come together for activities, worship, and a time to hear from the word as well as share what they are learning with one another.
Student Connect Groups
Connect Groups exist to connect students with one another and a caring adult who is equipped to lead them in deepening their faith. We believe transformation happens in authentic community where everyone is allowed and expected to be themselves and share their success and struggles with one another. Everyone is encouraged to be a part of a Connect Group.
